The Junior Suite room was spacious and featured a very comfy bed, although the extra cost wasn't fully justified by the two basins in the bathroom. The service was impeccable with charming and efficient staff, despite a minor issue with the driver not showing up. The location provided a relaxing setting close to all attractions in Kuta, perfect for sunset walks on the beach. The dining experience was delightful, especially with the recommended crepes with fruit and custard. Overall, a great stay with some room for improvement in pricing.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The deluxe room I stayed in was nice and spacious, with a lovely balcony. I even upgraded to a Deluxe suite, which was absolutely fantastic. The service from the moment I arrived until I left was exceptional, especially Mini at the breakfast restaurant. The location couldn't have been better, situated between Seminkak and Kuta on a beautiful pedestrian-only part of the beach.
