I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and tidy, giving off a luxurious feel, but the view outside my ground floor window was just a brick wall. The service was friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay overall. The location was peaceful and close to the beach, offering convenience, but the dining options were not as impressive as expected.

The Junior Suite room was spacious and featured a very comfy bed, although the extra cost wasn't fully justified by the two basins in the bathroom. The service was impeccable with charming and efficient staff, despite a minor issue with the driver not showing up. The location provided a relaxing setting close to all attractions in Kuta, perfect for sunset walks on the beach. The dining experience was delightful, especially with the recommended crepes with fruit and custard. Overall, a great stay with some room for improvement in pricing.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The deluxe room I stayed in was nice and spacious, with a lovely balcony. I even upgraded to a Deluxe suite, which was absolutely fantastic. The service from the moment I arrived until I left was exceptional, especially Mini at the breakfast restaurant. The location couldn't have been better, situated between Seminkak and Kuta on a beautiful pedestrian-only part of the beach. The dining experience, although in the back streets, offered delicious options, including bespoke crepes and omelettes. Overall, a great place to stay with a few minor drawbacks.
